In this year, the number of proposal whose funding was approved by the institution was 25 research and 11 community service proposals. The contract signing for research and community service proposals were carried out to manage the payment mechanism, the amount of funding, research outputs and time allocation including progress and final reports’ submission.
The aim is the lecturers should be able to conduct their research and community services especially the output by timeline set up in their proposal. The outputs proposed must be fulfilled. For example, the output in reputable international journals, patent rights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, models, industrial designs or blue prints; these are the target expected to be done after the research and community service.
