As the commitment of IT Del to become the center of excellence, IT Del seeks to become a campus that brings the international atmosphere in its environment. One of the ways to do it is by motivating the students to use English. Looking at the students’ potentials, UPT Bahasa IT Del design an internal English competition called Del Internal Language Cup (DILC). This competition has been conducted annually and this year, DILC is conducted in two seasons. DILC 2018 Season 2, conducted on 26 November – 4 December, was open for students registering in English clubs of IT Del. Three competitions were designed for this season’s DILC. They are debate competition, speech competition and scrabble competition.
With a competitive yet friendly atmosphere, some students came up as the winners for these competitions.
For debate competition, the winners are:

For speech competition, the winners are:

For scrabble competition, the winners are:

2nd winner : Ruthya Aruan
3rd winner : Refly Alexsander Marcellino
Runner up : Michael Isaac P Siagian
All the winners and participants received certificate and token of appreciation. It is highly expected that such competition brings motivation to students to develop their potentials in public speaking as well as to use English more frequently in the campus. Bravo students of IT Del!
