On Wednesday, June 29th, 2016 the Regent of Tolikara-Papua Usman G. Wanimbo SE, M.Si visited Institut Teknologi Del (IT Del). Usman G. Wanimbo visited the campus to sign a mutual agreement between Tolikara government and IT Del. Tolikara government and IT Del agreed to implement cooperation which will increase the quality of human resources, by sending students from Tolikara to continue their study at Diploma 3 program in Informatics Engineering at IT Del. The government will send 30 students to further their study at Diploma 3 in Informatics Engineering.
The Mutual Agreement was signed by the Regent of Tolikara Usman G. Wanimbo SE, M.Si and the Rector of IT Del Prof. Roberd Saragih witnessed by the Regent of Toba Samosir and his aides, representatives from Tolikara and IT Del team.
