Due to the change of instruments related to output and outcome for program accreditation from the Higher Institution Committee, named Instrumen Akreditasi Program Studi 4.0 (IAPS 4.0). Quality assurance unit of IT Del conducted socialization. The IAPS 4.0 covers two (2) kinds of document, Self-Evaluation Report and Study Program Performance Report.
The IAPS 4.0 socialization is aimed at helping the lecturers, staffs and educators to write and develop the IAPS 4.0. The socialization will be delivered by the Institute’s internal and external sources.
From July 3-4 July, 2019, from 09.00-15.00 at IT Del Auditorium, IAPS 4.0 socialization was held by IT Del’s Unit for Quality Assurance for all lecturers, staffs and teaching assistants. The socialization was to introduce and get Self-Evaluation Report draft written, at the time with one criterion only by each study program at IT Del. Despite one criterion covering at the socialization, after the activity each study program is expected to be able to compile all Self-Evaluation Report divided into 9 criteria. Therefore, at the time of socialization with external sources, each study program will have the knowledge to choose the criteria covered in Self-Evaluation Report and those in no coverage need in the Report since they can be mere supporting attachments or covered in Study Program Performance Report.
At the end of the activity, all participants have better understanding that Self-Evaluation Report is a document for policy analysis made by the Institution interpreted by each study program which includes the implementation, the way of the implementation, the progress of the results, what must be retained and increased or in other words the implementation of PPEPP study program, while study program Performance Report is a document that contains sources, fundamentals, and sources for the basic implementation for tridharma activities at IT Del.
